Acceptance of User Agreement
Please review our LoanEXA User Agreement and the terms and conditions contained herein. Use of the LoanEXA.com website and our online home loan rate quote and home loan advisor matching system constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in our User Agreement in their entirety. All users of the LoanEXA system and service are required to agree to this User Agreement. Anyone determined by LoanEXA to have violated this User Agreement is subject to removal at management’s discretion from the LoanEXA program without any obligation by LoanEXA or its parent company Red Rock Wealth Management, LLC.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions within this User Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use LoanEXA.com and should cease any further use of our website immediately.
Licensing & Affiliation
LoanEXA is not a licensed home loan broker or direct mortgage lender in any state. LoanEXA is not in any way affiliated with any home loan brokers or direct mortgage lenders outside of their participation in our system for online home loan rate quotes and home loan advisor matching service. LoanEXA is an online educational portal with home loan tools and resources designed to help educate our members and provide a borrow2er to home loan advisor matching service. LoanEXA is not a mortgage lender and is not acting as a direct mortgage lender or home loan broker. LoanEXA does not make home loans or credit decisions in connection with any home loan or mortgage.
The Website
LoanEXA.com retains the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website. We also retain the right to modify the User Agreement and its terms and conditions for use. Changes to the User Agreement are effective immediately. Use of the LoanEXA educational tools, content, or online home loan quote/home loan advisor matching system shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the User Agreement and its terms and conditions in addition to any such changes which may take place in the future in their entirety.
Home Loan Quote Request Services
LoanEXA is a home loan rate quote request/home loan advisor matching service where registered members enter basic information regarding their specific home loan quote request and have multiple non-affiliated home loan brokers and direct mortgage lender representatives quote their home loan costs and fees. This occurs through an online system where the members personal contact information is anonymous and remains so until the member selects a home loan advisor through the matching system.
Home loan advisors each have their own LoanEXA Home Loan Advisor Profile Page with their LoanEXA Star Rankings and user reviews/testimonials. This enables borrowers to sort their home loan and mortgage rate quotes by interest rate, loan fees, and by the service reputation of the home loan advisor. Some home loan advisors new to the LoanEXA system may have no user testimonials, reviews or LoanEXA Star Rankings.
LoanEXA does not in any way guarantee the service level or reputation of any home loan advisor in the LoanEXA system. LoanEXA also does not guarantee the home loan quote, home loan rate, home loan terms, home loan fees, or home loan program selected, and does not guarantee that the home loan advisor will be able to deliver the home loan quote or home loan program selected. The LoanEXA system is strictly limited to providing an online home loan rate quote system where members can find a home loan advisor appropriate for their needs.
Your home loan rate quote request is not an application for a home loan or a request to be pre-approved or pre-qualified. We do not guarantee approval of any home loan program or specific loan terms or conditions with any home loan advisor. Each home loan advisor will have their own unique standards for which home loan programs and interest rate you may qualify for. We do not guarantee that the home loan terms or interest rates offered through LoanEXA are the best available terms or interest rates available at any time. We do however guarantee a full refund of any fees paid to LoanEXA should you find a better home loan rate per our LoanEXA Home Loan Rate Guarantee. Use of the LoanEXA system constitutes you have read and accepted the terms and conditions contained in the LoanEXA Home Loan Rate Guarantee.
All home loan rate quotes provided to you through the LoanEXA system by home loan advisors are conditional home loan rate quotes subject to verification of several factors determined by each respective home loan advisor. Home loan quotes are also subject to market conditions, approval and qualification. The interest rate and fees actually provided may be higher or lower depending on your complete credit profile and actual FICO® score, loan collateral, property considerations and other factors. No part of the LoanEXA system shall constitute an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement. You agree any such loan commitment or lock-in agreement will be transacted directly between you and the home loan advisor you select through LoanEXA, and also agree LoanEXA or its parent company Red Rock Wealth Management, LLC shall not be held liable for any deficiency in the home loan commitment or rate lock transaction.
For LoanEXA registration, the online home loan rate quote system and corresponding home loan advisor matching system, you represent that all of the information you have provided in your registration and home loan rate quote request is accurate and complete. Inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information will prevent home loan advisors in the LoanEXA system from providing you an accurate and actionable home loan or mortgage quote. It is in your best interests to be honest and thorough in the home loan quote submission process.
LoanEXA Fees & Pricing
LoanEXA DOES NOT receive any commissions, kickbacks, a fee per home loan closing, a fee per borrower lead, or a percentage (points) of your home loan from any home loan brokers or direct mortgage lender representatives. In an effort to build LoanEXA’s traffic and notoriety, we are currently offering the mortgage rate quote system 100% FREE to all home loan advisors and registered borrowers. However, in the future LoanEXA will be compensated solely from flat fees paid by registered members to use the LoanEXA online home loan rate quote and home loan advisor matching system, and/or an annual membership/maintenance fee paid by LoanEXA Home Loan Advisors to be included in the LoanEXA system, and/or a flat fee per mortgage rate quote approved by a registered borrower.
There is no fee for registration as a borrower, and CURRENTLY HOME LOAN RATE QUOTES ARE 100% FREE. In the future, the fee for an online home loan rate quote request and the home loan advisor matching system will be a per quote request charge of $49.95. The fee to register as a LoanEXA Home Loan Advisor will be $99.95 per year starting January 1st, 2012. Home loan broker & direct mortgage lender representatives will be able to register for free until then. LoanEXA Home Loan Advisors consent to the $99.95 annual fee charged automatically to their credit card or Paypal subscription account.
LoanEXA Home Loan Advisors
LoanEXA does not endorse or recommend the products or home loan programs of any particular home loan broker or direct mortgage lender. LoanEXA is not an agent of you or any home loan broker or direct mortgage lender. LoanEXA's services are strictly limited to providing home loan educational tools, home loan resources, and providing an online home loan rate quote and home loan advisor matching system. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which available home loan program, terms and home loan advisor best suits your particular needs.
The home loan advisor you select may keep any information you provide them subject to their own business practices and requirements, including the type of home loan you requested and your personal information. You agree to notify them directly if you wish to terminate your relationship with them or no longer want to receive any communications from them. Initially, the only information we provide home loan advisors in our system is the information you submit for an online home loan rate quote request. Upon your selection of a particular home loan advisor, your contact information will be provided to that individual and he/she will contact you directly regarding your home loan request.
We do not screen or review home loan advisors in our system whatsoever. It is solely your responsibility to do your own due diligence on the loan advisor you select through LoanEXA. We provide many of the tools and resources necessary to do so here on our Loan Advisor Selection page.
Home loan advisors in the LoanEXA system are not agents of LoanEXA and do not represent LoanEXA in any form whatsoever, rather they are solely separate entities. We do not employ, authorize, or maintain any entity or individual to act on LoanEXA’s behalf in facilitating a home loan or mortgage of any type.
Your online home loan rate quote request is specifically confidential and anonymous until you select a loan advisor through the system. Once you make the home loan advisor selection you are extending an express invitation to them to contact you through the email address/phone number provided during the registration process. If contacted by email you consent it will not be considered spam or unauthorized by any local, state or federal law or regulation. If contacted by phone you consent to such calls even if you are listed on the Do Not Call list.
Limitations on LoanEXA’s Liability
LoanEXA is an educational website which provides access to a home loan rate quote service online and corresponding home loan advisor matching system. Use of this website constitutes your understanding and acceptance that under no circumstance will LoanEXA’s liability be greater than any fees paid by you to LoanEXA in conjunction with an online home loan rate quote request or the home loan advisor matching system.
The home loan advisor you select is solely responsible for his/her services to you, and you agree that LoanEXA and its parent company Red Rock Wealth Management, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, charges or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of such services provided directly to you by a home loan advisor selected through the LoanEXA system.
Home loan advisors participating in the LoanEXA home loan advisor online rate quote and matching system agree that LoanEXA and its parent company Red Rock Wealth Management, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, charges or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with the use of LoanEXA.com or its services provided.
Indemnification
As a registered member of the LoanEXA system you hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold LoanEXA and its parent company Red Rock Wealth Management, LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights.
Accuracy and Reliability
We believe all information provided on LoanEXA.com to be accurate and reliable, however we make no representations or guarantees that the information is either accurate nor reliable as errors do occur and information which is current today may be inaccurate tomorrow. It is your responsibility to verify the information presented on or through LoanEXA.com, the online home loan rate quote process, or the home loan advisor matching service. We also cannot guarantee that any information related to each home loan advisor in the matching system is accurate or reliable. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of any information or content provided through LoanEXA.com.
Intellectual Property
Information provided to users of LoanEXA.com and the LoanEXA system may be proprietary in nature. Users of the LoanEXA system and service acknowledge that they are not competitors of LoanEXA, and agree not to share this information with any competitors of the LoanEXA system. The LoanEXA service is a patent pending system. Anyone misappropriating or copying intellectual property from this website will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

For your convenience we provide links to other financial, real estate, and mortgage related websites not associated with LoanEXA (third party links). LoanEXA does not endorse, approve, and we are not in any way responsible for, any of the content, services, calculations, information, products or materials available at or through any websites LoanEXA.com may provide a link to. Use of this website constitutes knowledge of and acceptance that LoanEXA will not be responsible or liable to you or any other person for any damages or claims that might result from your use of such content, services, calculation, information, products or materials.
Term of this User Agreement
The terms and conditions of this User Agreement are applicable starting with your initial visit to LoanEXA.com and will survive your membership cancellation, suspension, or revocation by either you or LoanEXA’s Management.
Cancellation
LoanEXA registered members may request cancellation and deletion of their membership and records in their entirety at any time by contacting us directly or simply logging in and closing your account. No refunds will be issued to registered LoanEXA members except in conjunction with our LoanEXA Home Loan Rate Guarantee.
LoanEXA Home Loan Advisors may request cancellation and deletion of their membership and records by their entirety at any time by contacting us directly or simply logging in and closing your account. No refunds will be issued to LoanEXA Home Loan Advisors at any time, prorated or in full.
Any LoanEXA Home Loan Advisor or LoanEXA Member issuing chargebacks against LoanEXA is subject to immediate membership termination without warning.
Governing Law
You agree that the terms and conditions contained within this User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the terms and conditions in this User Agreement or the use of LoanEXA.com shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
Severability
You agree that if any provision of the terms and conditions contained within this User Agreement shall be found to be unlawful or void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions of the User Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of such other provisions in this User Agreement.
